I have vodafone postpaid connection & wanted to change the address. I visited the Vodafone store at Bandra West Mumbai & submitted all required documents for change of address. After 3 days I received SMS "We tried contacting you, but you were not reachable. Your request is rejected".
WTF!
After seeing all documents, excuse they had was that in documents I submitted my middle name is "Ku" but in their records it is "Kumar". Its a lame excuse, which probably a government departments would not had given. Tried clarifying with them on phone that its due to letter limit in the document I submitted, but all in vain. Will soon port out of Vodafone.:):)
