I was really tied up the past two weeks due to some project work.Just before my project started I switched to hutch from RPG.I done this this amoung lotsa controversies, but I finally realise ive done one of the bravest yet a bright decision.I've used hutch when it was launched in chennai and found very disappointing network coverage so straight away I hated it.But now they have a bright future...

Network:Ppl shud understand one important factor.Showing full signal in an network doesnt really means tat the coverage is good. The quality of the network is all it matters.Being the lonely 1800 hz network, Hutch's equipments is of high quality and advanced tat its single signal stregth bar in my nokia gave me a better voice clarity and continuity than my full signal strenght in RPG.I travelled to all the corners of the city this weekend and found very good coverage. Its superiority is so obvious tat everyone found my voice so clear and I found im hearing others better.

Value added service at its best:I basically switched to hutch on two important factors. As il be having lotsa projects coming up I want wap on my phone.Being a student I cant afford to spend more.Hutch had the answers to my prayers.GPRS for just 100 Rs a month with unlimited bandwith. The GPRS works seamless in my 8310.I had no problems what so ever. While providers like Airtel providing it for 600 bucks this is really a bargain.I will be really pleased if MS has a wap site too...With the support of wap from almost all important websites I was amazed by the waps usability. The wap community is expanding very quickly.Just when I thought its all over I just connected my phone via IRDA to my laptop and viola! I was able to browse other sites too...i was able to achieve upto 47 KBPS which is quite amazing and after all its free....The other intresting stuff abt hutch is the new facility which shows us all the missed calls when my phone is switched off and when I switch it on it sends a message to the the callers tat I have switched my phone on...and guess what? its free too...this made me not to activate my voice mail which saved me a great amount of money. The SMS is lightning fast and the roaming they provide is cool!not to mention MMS is also free.....(Nokia 3650 and 6600 users can watch streaming online videos and songs through hutch!!!!)

The plan:I was amazed by the plans they provide.they offered me 200 SMS free per month and CUG(Closed User Group)where I can talk to all my friends and colleagues for free as I took a corporate connection and a great night time tariff of 50 paise to all outgoing calls. All this for just 300 Rs per month. They offered me CLIP as complementary and the normal O/G rates of 1 Re to all GSM phones throughout my state and 1.80 Rs for all other phones.Mobile std is just 2 Rs.When u can go for more costlier plans u can get O/G as low as 40 ps.All the O/G or 60 seconds pulse and I/C free...

Value for money at its best:With entry fee of just 300 Rs and all the free gadgets and services im sunk into the hutch world. No wonder I fallen for my girl friend more after hearing her voice through my Hutch!!!

(Hutch offers connections with phone as low as 333 rs a month.I think its the most sensible option rather than the controversial WLL mobiles.Did I mention that 333 is for just 6 months and ur phone is urs after tat???
