Vodafone is Cellular Phone service provider in INDIA. Earlier It was Hutch. Later It owned by Vodafone. Vodafone is Offering services like Postpaid, pre paid, 3g and mobile internet(2g). After Smart Phones revolution in the world, The usage of mobile services are increased.
First I was a Reliance GSM user. One day I got call from Vodafone care. They offered good discounts on outgoing, roaming and data charges.
So, I changed to Vodafone(pre- paid) using MNP. As a vodafone user first 6 months I am very happy with their services in every aspect. Later it became very expensive to make calls and to use data in my smart phone. 3G and 2g data services not accurate when I am in travelling. Some times I roam out of my state(Andhra Pradesh) like Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai. roaming and out going calls rates are not reasonable. If I getBut, The network of Vodafone provider is good. I say its best.
But they Need offer rate cutters and other promotional offers at reasonable price. Vodafone increased data charges also. for a middle class person its very expensive. If we want to speak with Vodafone Care We need to pay for this one also.? This is not at all good. Please be available for the all kind of people, so that they can use your services happily.
