Even after repeated complaints against Vodafone services, they are charging me unnecessarily even for services which I'm not using totally pathetic service n month after month I'm facing same problem. I have 3g plan active for 1gb default monthly, n before completing 1gb data I have activated booster plan which is again 1gb for 250 rs additionally.
Which means in my bill I should be charging Rs.500/- for 2gb, beyond 2gb usage I shd be charged accordingly. Here interesting fact is I have used 1.89 gb n for same I have been charged Rs.4500. This case is repeating to me since last 3 months again n again I request as I m charging more, in vain nothing had been happening.
Even I have requested for porting out bcz of bad service but present service provider had not allowed me to go out as they have rejected the request.
Please suggest what to do.
