It is my earnest request to all concerned for not going with Vodafone 3G datacard as they have failed to provide uninterrupted services. In a day we have to lodge 4-5 complaints and these are closed when the internet connection is restored even for a short time of 5-10 minutes and again the connection is disrupted.
While registering the complaint when we request the customer service associate to send a technician to get the one time solution of the technical fault, they used to give false promises but no technician has turned up at the site till this date. . Hundreds of call to their customer care, no solution. Never go for this company even if they give free of charge. They are Cheaters and Frauds .
Its plan cost is also high.
