I had been to a VLCC branch in Delhi South Extension I once and I did not have a satisfactory experience as compared to other VLCC branches. The staff here looked very lethargic. They are not welcoming at all. I had gone there without prior appointment, but they said that I will have to wait for maximum 10 minutes. I ended up waiting for 25 minutes.
The staff who attended me seemed to be a fresher, less experienced and she was not at all perfect at her job. She looked like a trainee and they asked her to attend clients. I was furious and snapped at the manager. I told her that the staff knows absolutely nothing about hair treatment and to allot someone else for me. She apologized for her staff and continued my hair treatment.
I was still not happy with the kind of service they gave at this branch of VLCC. I will never visit this branch again, and will not suggest anyone to visit this branch of VLCC.
