These fitness centres and parlours claiming to reduce weight are cheating gullible people left and right. This comment is based on my experience with two such centres in Bangalore - the much hyped VLCC and the not so well known Body Care. They claim to make an elephant like a horse. Look at their advertisements with the before and after photographs. If you are tempted and visit them be sure that they will con you into enrolling with one of their fitness program. They will then basically tell you what to eat and what not to eat. that's fine. On top of that they will ask you to do a brisk walk of 45 minutes to one hour daily and also advise you to start using stairs. You'll have to attend their sessions where they will fit vibrators in your body that will reduce your weight by roughly 100 gms per session. This will continue for the period of the course. Anybody using their head will realize that with a controlled diet and an hour of brisk walk daily you will lose weight anyway. Not only that, if you have enrolled for a course with a lesser fee they will keep pressurizing you to go for a more costly one citing various advantages that is done basically milk you of your money. By the time you are done with the course it'll be too late to realize that you have been cheated. Some may not even realize that because with controlled diet and regular exercise they will have lost weight anyway. My take, use that money to enroll for a gym or an aerobics class and make it a part of life. Or, use that money somewhere else.
