I have ordered photobooks from vistaprint several times. Delivery was fast, and quality was good. I liked their online editor as well. The only issue is that you need a good internet speed because high resolution photographs take a long time to upload.
The site hangs at times. However this did not deter me. I was careful to save my work album everytime I finished a page. That is what you need to be careful of because once it hangs then you need to refresh the page and any unsaved work is lost.
