On last monday, due to some college work me and my uncle went to the xavier college. after completed my work we went to home via firayalal. while we returning from the firayalal chowk we want to eat something. so, we entered in this restaurant and ordered one plate manchurian, five nann and four sweets. the taste of the manchurian was bitter and the smell of the sweets were rancid. then we complained to the waitor but he asked me these items were made in the same morning. we around spend 45 mins. there and left.
it is situated exactcly near the firayalal chowk. so almost whole day customers tolerate the vehicle loud horn. Inside the hotel the atmospere was humid and some rancid smells came from its store room. floor was dirty, so flies were buzzing inside the hall. there are three AC but they were off. It has not its own parking space so, we stand my bike in front of the restaurant.
the customer service of the restaurant is not good, as I mentioned above. the behaviour of the staff is ill mannered. they are not well responsive.
I think the money which paid for the services is completely unsatisfied me.
