Bought Vice AC 3 years ago just because it was 5 star and we expected it work well, within one month of installation the gas leaked, called the customer care for service they say they won't fill gas. After talking to the owner from where we purchased the ac for a long time, he agreed for top up. Then again after few days same problem persist. Since then we had gas top up and same thing happen. A lot of money is spent. Only now when we called a local service guy, he opened the compresser, and found gas was leaking from the condenser, and the best part, it is made of aluminium, so nothing can't be done except purchasing a new condenser. Now this defect must have happened at the time of manufacturing, since then it has cost us a lot of money. Please please please, sleep in a cooler or a fan, but never purchase this ac.
