Worst product to buy. Review on Vise VV185S501 Split AC

Well I fed up of this AC because of the customer service . Starting from day one I bought this AC it got delivered to my house and I have to wait for 2-3 days to get it installed . Well that was fine but the actual problem started after that . after installation it just worked for 1 day and then it eventually stopped working and I filled a complaint at the VIJAY SALES center UTTAM NAGAR but the no body turned up. They sent the engineers after 3 days of the complaint and yet again the problem not fixed after chasing them for a week they finally fixed the issue again after 6 months when my AC's service was due I called them to fix an appointment for the same it took them 3 days again and now right after one year my AC in nothing but a piece of Shit! because it has no gas and because few days back I faced a problem of water leakage and for that they sent the engineer after 4 days( as you can see how serious they are when it comes to customer service) they did nothing but left me with one more problem that is non cooling and when I called the customer care they raised the complaint but again I am still waiting for the technician to come . So all I want to say is please don't go with this product that is "VISE Split AC ". They have the worst customer service.
