Writing this post for public awareness. There is an investigation in process against this firm at the Deccan Police Station. You can inquire the same at the station. If you haven't signed any sealed and stamped document pls ask for a refund back as they may not complete the process and there are no refunds.
As per my personal experience. Do not sign any agreements until you are sure about getting the Visa in the given pandemic situation. They create a sense of urgency and make you pay the fees asap. After receiving the money they don't really provide any services . They will ask you to visit the office multiple times and do nothing. They will promote their Language learning classes to you, claiming that you will earn more visa points with higher IELTS/PTE scores, but people usually cannot crack through the actual tests( Rs13 k/test+ classes fees) after multiple attempts . Its just another way of earning money.
They don't answer calls and their staff is very arrogant.
ideally they stand at a 0 or 1 rating and if you check most good ratings have been marked as "fake" by the site.
Don't waste your hard earned money on them. Invest wisely.
Please share it with/on as many review sites as possible, its a small attempt to help avoid the youth/people from wasting their hard earned money in the hope of flying to Foreign countries.
