I am using ICICI's True Blue card from Last 11 months. As I became comfortable with the usage and the benefits, I decided to upgrade my True Blue card into Sterling silver card.
After browsing the ICICI's website contents and its FAQ's hosted on the ICICI's website, I called the customer service of ICICI in Mumbai 4926666.
The representative online stated that for upgrading the card, I need to send a letter of request along with the Salary slip and Form 16 of Income Tax return.
As per the website info., I must get the upgrade of my credit card just by paying the annual fees difference.
Yes, I was very much prompt in paying the credit card bills for last 11 months.
Also I said to the representative that I need the upgrade card with the same credit limit. She said ICICI is very strict in such matters.
It would be very nice if ICICI provides with the clear information on the website rather than anticipating the customers of credit card.
Don't u think its again non-professional service provided by ICICI.
ICICI's Strictness
When I paid my previous bill amount rounded with less 30 paise. The next bill came with additional financial charges of 19RS.
On one side ICICI is strict on levying the unjustifiable charges while other side promising the benefits but no value addition.
Don't you think as an act of monopoly.
