I was aware of Consumer Courts but do not know what type of cases can be put over there, My case is..
I have Booked/Purchased a Maruti's WagonR Euro-3 model from a Maruti dealer ''Vipul Motors Fbd.'' in Faridabad, on 24th March 2005. At that time the Dealer assured me the availability of the Model and thus after discussing the details of the Payments and the various discounts and schemes that were available then I finalised the deal and paid Rs 1,13,307/- as first Installment. But then afterwards he told me that the model I have booked is not present in their Faridabad godown and so it will take 1-2 days to be available.
Today the 7th April 2005 they haven'.t delivered me the vehicle and now they are saying the schemes and discounts that we were giving you in March are not valid now so you have to to pay some more amount [10,000 +] and other stuff which were free then like Stereo etc.
In between 24th March and 7th April they never tried to inform me about the status and instead provided wrong information that Maruti has stopped the production due to some technical faults. Firstly why they had taken Booking from me when Maruti has stoped the prodution for some time if this was the case.
I could have tried some where else and had obtained the vehicle from there with all so called valid schemes and discounts.
Now, I'm no where because of ''Vipul Motors Faridabad''. All I can say is this is a total cheat/fraud and Harassement type case that had happened to me. Even the People at Maruti are not helpful in any respect.
Will be waiting for a positive favourable response from you.
I also have lodged a complaint with Maruti, But in vain no one from there ever tried to attend to me..
