A VIP Bag was purchased by us in Feb, 2023 from a showroom. We had to send for repair during June, 2023. Bag was not properly repaired properly which they took for re-repairing and no receipt was provided by them. We requested for its replacement and they refused. They committed in order to send the repaired bag at our address so that no further inconvenience is faced by us. The cheaters didn't fulfill their commitment.We requested the same at their customer care office and no assistance was provided by them. We really didn't expect this from the reputed company like VIP Bags who are not bothered to follow up when the customer has paid the money.We were enforced to file a legal complaint against them.
