I already know that the are very irresponsible but I did an online booking to kolkata from goa with this stupid travels in sleeper class recently.
I aasume that they do some fault but When boarded the flight I was surprised to see that I am not allocated the berth I booked, thats something which was in the second row, then I was put at the last row.
This was not ok for me. When asked, they said if you want to travel in this berth, travel or else get down. I was shocked that they behave like this. I Made a complaint to their office and they were suppose to get me my berth. But they dont do anything.
Forget about getting my original berth they never picked up my call after that. Very bad service according to me. The tour manager and assistant told me that you didn’t book the ticket consulting us so how we can do anything. But I dint do like that. Later I understood that they give priority to agents and they can change any online ticket booked persons to any left out berth. This mean they cheated the persons. online ticket bookers are sure not to get the selected seat/berth. They need some training . Guys are pathetic for the travels . Horrible their behaviour . Advice is to avoid this travels as far as possible. Because not recommended to anyone.
