HUL: Bogus Free Recharge Scheme. On 25th August ’14 I purchased 60g Vim Bar pack with 10 Rs. Talk time on mobile. After entering code inside wrapper, I was asked 5/6 questions about what product I purchase, how frequently etc. as marketing strategy of HUL. I received confirmation SMS that I have received Rs. 10 Talk time & will be credited in 6 working days.
Today, 3/9/14, contacting their customer care, on pretext that I have not retained my code number, Rs. 10 recharge was declined, though they have record of my mobile no.
Therefore if you do not wish to waste your time in answering questions keeping record and following with HUL for a pity talk time, don’t buy product with such bogus scheme.
