VIJAY SALES (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

EXTREMELY DISHEARTENING EXPERIENCE. We were made to wait for more than half an hour before an attendant had the time to attend to our query. Never knew selling a phone could be such a difficult task for Vijay sales representatives. Once they wrote the breakup etc. they themselves had no clue why there was a discrepancy in the amount written on our document and the amount asked to be paid at the cash counter. It took them two hours to process and guide us to the counter ( this is what happens when one executive handles multiple clients) . We eventually made our purchase from next door CROMA store in flat 45 minutes after being assisted by very efficient and approachable store executives. In this whole bitter event we discovered a better customer friendly electronic store. Thank you
