Vijay Sales is just misleading the customers, actually Vijay Sales is not at all concerned about customer complaints. Their customer care team is least bothered about customer complaints. Despite several follow-ups over email and call no response from the customer care. Only they commit over call that service request will be prioritized and then no call back from the team. They just make false commitments and wants to sell product without any proper services, They sold the worst products which will work for 4-5 months then need to either repair/service, I am so disappointed with them and wants to just keep you all informed, PLEASE DON'T GO WITH THEIR PRICES THEIR ALL PRODUCTS ARE OBSOLETE
