I bought Apple phone last year from Vijay sales Janakpuri and today I came to know the charging lead given was duplicate.
When I went to Apple store they defined this is duplicate lead so I took a letter for same and shown to Vijay sales but customer care simply denied without any understanding, means huge game is playing by management or someone else.
I will request not to buy products from vijasales as anything can be duplicate will prefer to buy from brand store now.
