Slim shady ... what a title to a maverick like Vijay Raaz who nearly has as much talent as any other artist present on this earth.
First of the all let me tell all the readers that His name is added on MS because of me. I have wrote mail to MS and later used MouthPad to add his name.
Not ringing any bells?? He is the guy who made Run movie memorable for all .... and the Tent wala from Monsoon Wedding. .....I will only mention the movies in which I have seen him acting.
I saw first the actor in Jungle ...i don't remember the character name and he did not impressed me even a bit as his character was kind of less speaking in that. InMonsoon wedding he impressed many people by playing Debey Jee the Tant Waala fooling around in Love with his antique smile and unique efforts.
ShaktiThe power he played the role of a blood thirsty who want to take revenge in the rivalry of villages.
Pran Jaye per Shaam na jaye :- He narrates the movie and was very much part of it. He lives in chaaal in mumbai and sees all the lives of the people . His own family died in blast and player the sarcastic character.
Run:- He played the character of Abhishek Bacchan's friend who keep searching him in the movie on the streets on Delhi. Despite all the problems he succeessfully make people laugh. This one is the best comic role I have seen in years.
Raghu Romeo:- A normal person in love with a TV actress who can do anything for her even Kidnap but later as things gets more clear he find himself out of the mess safely.
Bombay to Goa :- Dasa the name of the charactor the Bus driver .... he acted as usual very good and shown domination.
Dhamaal:- Air Traffic controller who provides help with such a cold heart no matter even the plane crashes due to his slow response. Quite hilarious a character.
Anwar:- This is the best act by this actor. Slighly comic but overall madly in Love with Love. ..... his dialogues in the movie is hair raising and later his suicide in the movie really can make you cry. Overall the best role by him so far.
Tandoori Love:- The movie is in Swiss and he played the role of a cook who goes to Switzerland with a Bollywood movie team but leaves the unit for the local swiss girls and starts working in her restaurant.
Some people might be wondering whats special is there in all these movies and the roles he played. I will say the way he plays his character is so natural that you can easily get lost with the character and see yourself in all the situations , ups and downs.
He is so natural in acting , Dialogue delivery , Timing of Dialogues and the spontaneity . You dont find him as someone special but a person who lives nearby you in every day activity. He was held at Dubai Airport for possesion of Drugs four years ago while shooting Deewane Hue Paagal in which he player a friend of Akshay Kumar.
You can always enjoy presense of such actors in any movie and whenever they are there on screen you dont find any movie boring.
