I would like to write a review about this dealer. Honda is the best popular company among automobiles and yearly thousands of vehicles are sold out from this brand. But customer satisfaction should be varied based upon the dealers communication with customers and their attitude.
For me it was not a good experience from this team. Initially they talked to me in good manner and settled everything in reasonable rate and closed the deal. They told one day for receiving the bike, but on that day they called me and postponed the date after one month.
They told many unnecessary reasons for the delay. However I agreed and went to the shop as their fixed date. But at the time of payment they increased the rate of some external settings unnecessarily. They didn't told me about this before. I negotiate with them for many times but they didn't changed the rate.
I thought of cancel this order but they told I already signed the papers and could not cancel this bike. To me, time and money was wasted and got an unpleasant experience from them.
The staffs are not helpful. They are changing their pledges without any reasons and gaining that much money from customers by cheating. For silly reasons they asked me extra money. I checked with many friends who bought the same bike from different dealers but they didn't give this much amount which I paid.
So overall I am not satisfied with this dealers and I won't recommend for others to buy from them.
