Few months back I have purchased this television for my family and the purchase has turned out to be the worst purchase of my life. the quality of television is very poor it is not for rough and tough use even the color of television is just fading away. the video quality of television is very poor sometimes the video automatically stops and I have to wait for minutes for it to restart again. even sometimes the green lines appear on the display when video is playing I have raised all these issues with the company but company has failed to solve my problem so now whenever I call the company they reject my call as per my experience the service & support of company is very poor and this has disappointed me very much.
the sound reception of television is also very poor while playing music the sound of television is not so clear. so playing music and watching videos on this television was not a great experience. the power consumption of this television is also very high as compared to other televisions in the market. it is not safe to touch the television because sometimes it also gives the shocks which is very disappointing. this television also takes so long to start as well. the remote of television is also of very poor quality it do not function properly. this television is also a quite heavy in weight so it is not that easy to carry this television. even the style & design of this television is also not so impressive as there is nothing extraordinary in it.
overall this television has disappointed me very much as per my experience this television is not reliable for long term use and it has no value for money as well. so I do not recommend this televison to anyone due to its poor quality and poor company service as well.
