I am so sorry to write a review about this operator. One year before I used this Sim. But I fed up with this service and bought new Sim.
It's plans are not good. The net plans are very less and for common people can't use the net plans of the Videocon. Talk time offers are also very limited.
On beyond of that many times my balance became zero. I didn't know the reason. So I called the customer service and ask. They told that some music plan I subscribed. I told them to unsubscribe it. And they did. But again two times it happened. Unnecessarily I lost my money. They are charging from the poor people by telling some lies.
They only activating some plans without our permission. For calling the customer service also they charge. And they hold on the phone to direct to the concern person for long time. We don't get range at everywhere. In the cities only its range is more good.
Its charging and bill is not reasonable. It is company much more than other services. So I changed my Sim to another operator because of their high cost of plans and unnecessarily amount deductable service.
Overall I am not satisfied and won't recommend for others to use this Videocon mobile services.
