The Victor Exotica is a nice and comfortable 3 star hotel, on the way to the Taj Aguada, not too far from Panji. I paid Rs. 2100 for 3 nights during the monsoons for a family of 4 which I found really cheap for the quality. I trust it is around double for the tourist season, except the Christmas week when Goa prices go haywire.
The rooms are large and comfortable, the pool clean and the games like table tennis, carrom, badminton, board games etc. are adequate. The food and drink is nice too, although slightly overpriced. There are quite a few restaurants around. It is walking distance (1.2 k.m.) from the beach and the service is friendly.
The location is such that there are plenty of buses available to major tourist attractions of Goa, if you do not have your own transport. Bikes are available nearby for hire, as well as taxis.
It is a nice choice for someone looking for comfort and value for money rather than 5 star luxury.
