Vicks Vaporub is a time tested chest decongestant. I have been using this from my kiddie days and this is one of the must have in my medicine cabinet.
Whenever am down with cold and flu, a generous dosage of vicks vaporub on my chest is enough to settle me down into a good sleep. Apart from clearing the chest, this also works as a good nasal decongestant.
Vicks Vaporub also relieves sore shoulders and headache caused due to stress. A dab of vicks at night and you will be good to go in the morning. I also kind of like the smell too.
Verdict: Always have one around!
