It is good school around this area where all the time teaching happen round the clock...but yet there will some miss in your kid. There is no other better school near by to shift.
Even for primary students, they will keep school on most of the Saturday to complete the portion or for exam revisions. Don't know if the teachers are unable to complete the portions or the department head is unable to plan the activities for the teachers.
The Saturday leaves are stealed from primary students.
The teachers will be dumping with revision papers, the planned daily homework for the week in the name of hometest and additional homework and other chart activities.
The kids will be totally busy all over the year with studying, writing writing their cw or hometest, chart activities, competition for the festivals like Christmas, pongal and Diwaliwith ppt work, speech, craft activity with no guidance, the students who are capable will do and rest are left in air....... but the good part is there won't be any prize distribution for such competitions.
The students will be occupied to do their activities for their sports day exhibiting dance or from the learnings from eca -cca activities like kartae, bharanatiyam, prop dance etc for which the parents has to pay for everything whichdo.
There will be tech fest activities, the students has to pay money for each and eveeything. School will arrange but parents need to pay additionally.
Apart from the fees -tuition fees, books fees, uniform fees, resource utilisation fees you need to pay additionally for every other things which your kid uses.
For eca-cca activities from yoga , karate, chess , skating, dance, a list of 20plusactivities you need to pay seperately...but parents pay knowingly that if they pay the same outside, they can get three days a week class for four to six months and learning will be effective too...yet no time to.take the kid outside as they are busy with the academic work after coming from school. Not many take the chance of joining class from outside academy otherwise kids will have lag in academic work.
The schoolwill allocate two classes per week but if you count and see mostly not more than 15 to 20 weeks at max this will be conducted as other weeks they will have school leave or will use for academic revision.
It is heard that, parents has complained on this, for couple of weeks it is happening regularly...how long this will be followed no clue.
Making many to remember this .....There was popular show in Vijay tv , where a person said about an unknown institutions where that you need to pay money for idali and if you ask for chatni sambar you need to pay seperately.
Library for this school will be loadedwith varieties of book from all othercbse textbook publishers.
Their relaxing activities in a week would be
One PT class , one drawing class, two eca-cca class and one lib class, rest all are for academic only. Compared to other schools this is really very less for junior students itself.
Exam:
Don't be so happy that your students has scored full marks or good marks.......the real twist is here..during their exam revision before evening of the exam day they will revise everything from their cw notebook, weekend worksheet, textbook and revision test papers and on the exam day let it be monthly test or yearly test, on the exam day alsobefore writing exam, one hour revision will happen...which is most important revision for the students because they will revise the question paper which the kid is going to write after the revision time. Super strategy for the centum race and pass percentage report.
If you ask a single primary child randomly will tell that " morning revision only very important and we have to concentrate becaus what ever teacher revises the same will be in the question paper" ha ha.
But outside world, it is common question paper among the 20 schools of this education institution.
The creative writing which the students has to write when they see the question paper will be discussed during the revision by killing the creative skill of the kid.
You are payingthousand of thousands for this kind of learning only.
It is not for students to score marks but it is the competition between the teachers within the groups of school....how many students got full marks ..how many centums the teacher has made....but the fact behind the teachersrace is that ourkid losses the true learning opportunities and creative thinking.
Exam correction: Centum Race
teachers will correct good but when they have to reduce 1 mark they will reduce 1/2 mark so that the kid will get centum during round off.
If the students has missed any point and have to miss centum , they will call the student next day to write the point to put centum.
If any spelling mistakes are there and will be losing one mark the teachers itself will change in blue pen and put full marks so that centum is not missed...and kid will be suprised with the handwriting telling to other kids in the class innocently" this is not written by me not my handwriting" wow..
The question which arise in parents mind after knowing all these things from their own kids mouth is that ..
what for we are paying this much fees when the true learning is killed
For what dash they have kept schools on saturday for primary kids to complete portion or revision? If their revision pattern itself is like this
Whom has to be blamed? Kids, parents, teachers, department heads or A.O, school heads or the institution itself for being the centum race or grace.
Minor subjects:
They will have classes for GK, computer science and third language weekly one or two class. Instead they can add some other relaxing subjects like music, crafts, one more P.T because for the whole year the books will be retained in the school to reduce bag load.
The textbook will be given either for hometest or before exam time.
The beauty of these minor exam is that the revision paper itself will be given for their exam too. ..no changes nothing...Great isn't it.
For CS, the cs lab is ...for one lesson the kids will be taken to cs lab only once, rest cs lab time will be only for theory learningor writing for that lesson.
Compared to other schools, there won't be much hands-on practice will be given.
Will it be same for class x too?? Wow how good it would be...No stress at all.
If question papers are discussed before...
If the correction is very liberal.
Displine:when you come to displine, the students will wear different shoes, different hair style, pant style. Watches in higher class...Nothing will be questioned to the students whose parents feedback is nil....if any parent writes the true feedback then the students will be badly corned by the academic staff, pt staff by asking about shoe, dress hairstyle and watch...but nothing will be questioned to the other student who would be wearing the same next to him ..... becausetheir feedback was nil or positive. The new parents will learn easily to give the same feedback..nil nil nothing for their branded three questions in the feedback form. Ha ha ha.
PT staff are not capable of talk in English..even subject teachers will be mostly conversing in Tamil or telgu. Nothing much can be learnt for the kids life skill.
Rest rooms will be shining duringParents meetor when anycommon exam are conducted or during any funxtions. Most of the time it will smelling bad and girls boys will feel bad and won't be comfortable to use the rest room in the main block...truly no improvement in this regard has happened irrespective of many feedbacks. After lockdown you can see many changes in adminstration and nothing is strict like before.
The reality always differs from what it is shown or said...but if you ask any kid or parent randomly from the school will say only the above.
The parents who has additional money, time and resource for their kid will be able to give exceptional learning ....
When things will come out ???From high to low, Everyone want everything without spending anything.
Always Reality differs from what it is projected.. Few will raise voice and most will keep quite...though Everything everyone knows through word of mouth as everything is discussed around at every place.
