Review on Vedant ARV Royale, NIBM Annex Mohammadwadi, Pune

New Owners paid 24 months in advance, society was not formed at that time. People already residing here stopped paying maintenance due to incomplete infrastructure. New owners paid 24 month maintenance in advance. Now, New Owners has been asked again to pay the maintenance as society is formed. All promises in the documents are fake one. No Solar, No Meters, No swimming Pool, Lifts not working, Garbage Collector stopped coming, etc etc. We are begging to refund the advance maintenance. Builder completely denied. Pune Muncipal cooperation not listening, RERA has no ears. No option just to cry cry and cry. I am writing with all emotions. Begging everyone not to but properties from VEDANT ESTATES AND PROPERTIES.
