Actually I visited Vasanta Bhavan yesterday morning.
They have various branches in Chennai. I visited Vadapalani branch.
The taste of the food was good. But there were several drawbacks.
The quality of the food was average. They should improve their presentation. Certain food items will be tasty!
Pure vegetarian restaurant but even vegetarians won't prefer this hotel that much.
The food delivery time is also little late to me such that I got very angry.
The place was too small such that many people can't accompany the restaurant at the same time.
This was located on the main road, so there will be lot of parking issues and the entire area will be too clumsy.
The hotel ambience is not that much attractive.
The customer service was very average. Delivery to the customers should be improved. They have to be trained in such a manner.
Free home delivery is also available.
Amount spent in this hotel is not at all valuable. The cost was the food was high and the quality of the food was low!
So, it is better not to use this restaurant and keep this as an option!
