I have zeroed in on this center of Vasan and has been a convert since 2009 only due to Dr.Anand, center head, who is one of the highly acclaimed and professionally accomplished refractive surgeon.
But the center per se has been deteriorating in its service quality, attention to detail, customer care and most importantly on providing the basic accurate power readings and offering the complete battery of tests. Its a put off to prompt a professional to do their job accurately...maintain their rickety diagnostic equipment with some semblance of cleanliness and to prod around to get one's own reports in time.
But this is all in stark contrast to consistently exceptional treatment of Dr.Anand in whom I trust, specially after his fantastic treatment and attention provided to my mom
