Bought this model V Guard VEW 500 plus for my 1.5 ton window AC in August 2016. It has a digital display( refer attached pic) .Trouble started right from the first week as the stabilizer started showing EO error codes.The company service was not prompt at all and after repeated reminders the service person came and serviced the stabilizer. Same problem happened for the next 2 months. After fourth service within 3 months, I requested them to exchange the faulty product but the company did not agree.This month again the same problem and the same solution.Completely fed up with this product.Company must take care of service aspect also.
