I have been using this geyser since the past 4 months. The dark blue and white combination is aesthetic, and goes well with most shades of the bathroom tiles. However, the good things end there. The LED display stopped working in the 2nd month and since then I had to take three trip to the service center.
The service center like most of the indian service centers lacks customer obsession. They made me return twice with the excuse of parts not available, and only in my third visit(in 20 days) I got the geyser back.
On receiving the geyser, I saw lot of scratches on its body, and when pointed this out to the service center executive, he refused to even speak about that. Also rust had started forming on the output metal pipe. The service center executive refused to comment on this, and I had brought it home and got it fixed. However, now though the display works, the mater is taking around 25 minutes to heat up(earlier it took 10 to 15 min). Not sure if the service center executive damaged the heating coils.
Planning to sell it off. Utter disappointment.
