Awesome buffet! Loved it. UTSAV is the best in terms of value for money and the number of items served.
Been here for my frd's bday party. As majority of my frds are vegans, we decided to go for vegetarian restaurant. I insisted for ALA LIBERTY, but finally settled for UTSAV.
The buffet spread is huge and majority of the items tasted perfect. The starters were served at the table. They served 4 starters, of which Paneer tikka, Gobi manchurian tasted delicious. They haven't served welcome drinks until we reminded them. They serve 4 different welcome drinks(ice tea, lime water, lassi, fruit punch) of which fruit punch was amazing. Unlike many other restaurants, they serve unlimited drinks.
They have a live Chat counter and Dosa counter. Chat items weren't spicy enough. The choclate dosa and paneer dosa were lip smacking. Main course was OKish. All the items in the main course tasted good except for Chinese.Desert section was excellent with lots of varieties to choose from.
