Worst, anti employee company. Worst politics. They recruited some street dogs some years ago as managers and have destroyed the good culture the company had years ago.
New HR team sucks! Lots of people are leaving due to their mismanagement!

The managers encourage MASTER-SLAVE relationship and even clients are encouraged to do so with company employees.
Employees are mere instruments for the management to make profit,
In order to prevent career growth of employees they brought out the ACE framework! This resulted in many employees leaving the company!
They give salary hike, promotion and green card only to management's alickers!
