Never join UST Global, Cheap Low Standard Company. Review on UST Global

UST Global fired/ retrenched more than 1000 employees in the month of July 2022 across all locations, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Trivendrum, Kochi etc.

Without informing before, they simply blocked their access for them who were not in a project for some time. Within 2 weeks everyone asked individually in the phone call to Resign voluntarily, otherwise they won't provide Service and Release letters etc.

This is the real standard of this cheap company.

Do not join this company.

Boycott if you're getting a call for the interview.

Do not join by looking at UST core values. [Humanity, Humility, Integrity]. They highlight to attract but, In actuality, it is quite the opposite. [Hire, Use well and Fire.]

No projects in this company. They simply fire you anyday without giving notice period, salary etc.

If you join, They can block your access also anytime and ask you to VOLUNTARY RESIGN anytime over the call but Not in the email.

THEY WILL NEVER ASK in the EMAIL, but will threaten you in the phone call and harass you in your future employment If you do not support them.

This is the REALITY ABOUT UST HRs. After I worked more than 4 years giving this Review.

UST CEO Krishna Sudheendra knows that they are doing mass firing. But he will not come to the public to accept this fact of Mass LayOff.

I gave my resignation to this idiot company when I got a phone call from HR continuously due to self-respect. They said that they will give the last working day - in August the day I resigned. But actually, they gave the last working day - the day they blocked access. Literally, they lied to us.

Also, the HR did not provide me a salary of some days and variable pay was not given to me. My earned leaves were not calculated, eaten by them in the final settlement. They did the final settlement like this.

UST HR management is filled with crap dirty HRs and management is supporting them.

So beware of them. Otherwise, after joining another company they will not support the next employers during verification time.

I got a job next week after I resigned and joined an American IT MNC product base company last month only(Aug) and due to some demanding technology skills I have. I joined immediately without messing up with UST. Got a joining bonus also. Released offer in a week. Thanks to God almighty.

I am writing this with anonymous and different email ID. Because I know personally around 8 members who were with me were blocked, all have resigned in the same week and who did not resign they are dismissed by the company. Till now no one got a job. I know, They are trying for a job cursing to UST Global every day.

I know 1 Anna (big bro), who has a lot of suffering and family problems with a small boy and wife - now wants to leave Hyderabad because he has not much savings to even give house rent and these HRs not giving him salary, nor the job, not the release. Only wants resignation with no notice period, (no advance salary of 2 months if you don't give notice period). He is trying jobs outside not many job calls in his skill set, also because of more rounds, unable to crack interviews. This gave me tears in my eyes when I heard him.

Imagine how this company is treating employees.

Cheap corporate faces. UST CEO Krishna Sudheendra should come forward and stop such mean acts of the company.

Because of such things one day UST will stay REST IN PEACE in the history of IT market.

Thanks for reading ...My request to everyone reading this if you're in an interview panel - do not take interviews very hard with senior guys, house holders, who are willing to join immediately. Do not bargain with them, we can max provide 10% hike, less than what you get now, because you have a gap, you don't have job/another offer, the interview did not go very well etc but we are selecting only because of your immediate joiner etc. You never know what the pain he/she is carrying. Today He/She is fired, who knows Tomorrow may be your turn !!.
