Hello im gong to share my experience with Usha Janome Allure sewing machine.
My mother gave me this as a wedding gift but in past I havent used it at all because its functions are so difficult to understand its not user friendly at all because when I set for interlock it works different pattern which frustrates me a lot .
it also breaks thread alot which slow my working process it is very handy and I loved it but after a while its performance has gone from great to worse because its motor keeps on creating problem after a while .
it comes with 2 years warranty but the company still charges for home service which is unnecessary.
