Hi friends, today I want share my experience on a water cooler name usha frost Lx 223.I buy this product from a big shop which has usha dealership but I cannot get a good respond from usha customer support.I buy this product on may 2019.after using 2 week my drain out rubber point is broken , I unable to enter water to the cooler , if I enter water to the cooler, the water will be flow from drain out point.I search the drain out point every where but I unable find .customer care given various number of shopes but no one has this drain out point.I suffer a lot becoz I buy this product.Why company make this type of product which a user unable to search in the market. Company should give spare more parts to the customer who buy this type of cooler.The sound of the cooler is also very high.I am very much disappointed by this product.thankyou
