Worst service provider I've ever seen. Never try. Review on URL Relocation

This is the worst service provider I've ever seen. Never go with it. I'm pasting my mail conversation that was done with this URL but no one replied to date. I have filed a complaint in consumer court too but still awaiting justice.

I had taken URL service(through your employee Rahul Singh alias Ranjit) for relocating from Thane to Bangalore. URL picked up my goods on 1st Sep, promised to deliver it on 3rd Sep 20 evening but actually, it was delivered on 6th Sep 20 evening that too in damaged condition. I kept doing follow-up & now also continuously trying to contact Rahul Singh but he is not responding.

I am attaching the photos of damaged goods. URL took 100% money in advance that too as per separate closed 14 ft container rate but in actual the goods came in open tempo that too in sharing with other 3 parties goods. My goods were damaged as were so tightly packed and thrown(above the pipes/consignment). There were transformers in the tempo and may be due to its oil and grease, my goods and utensils become sticky and oily.

My Honda Shine bike was completely filled with petrol before transporting it but after receiving it, it was totally empty. My microwave convection was broken. Costly dinner sets, crockery, and utensils were broken. URL brought only 8 boxes for packing hence I gave my own boxes. That too they packed items in "White goni bags and my plastic buckets". The worst thing that I found is that toiletries like Harpic and eatable/food items, grains, sauce, etc were packed together. Juice bottles broke and spilled everywhere. More than 10 glass containers and more than 20 glass bowls are broken. Many furniture items are broken. School books and other goods became wet as it was an open tempo and the list goes on. White goni bags were loosely packed and were torn off during transportation. The mattress has become sticky as the sellotape was directly wrapped all over. Proper brown colour packing tapes were not used at all. Rahul Singh took money for insurance but that also he has not provided. URL's 4 packing guys took Rs.400 tip from me(even though I was not happy with their packing quality), URL tempo driver also demanded money from me after delivering goods(3 days late) and URL's person who delivered my car here also took Rs.200 for petrol. After reaching here, the URL tempo driver asked me to arrange four guys to do unloading though it was in their scope. He even did not know my home address so he took a guide and he started demanding Rs.500 extra from me to pay the guide fee. I was so annoyed because I kept on telling him the address over the phone till he reached here but Rahul Singh was continuously disconnecting my calls. It was his job but he is so careless and reluctant that I have no words to explain. URL unloading guys also damaged(bend the door) society elevator while inserting sofa set and hence the society manager demanded compensation from me(lift photo is attached).

To know the real truth, I requested the URL tempo driver to tell me why he came so late & then told me that he started from Pune on 4th Sep 20 evening only and URL kept on giving me fake information that I will receive the goods on 3rd Sep evening. I have a small kid and we only know how we have managed here without mattress, blankets, food, and our goods, that too when the temperature drops to 16 deg C during the night(all because of URL). We three had to face cool weather as there was nothing here except one blanket in common.

Rahul Singh has promised me so many things saying that URL is the best company hence I trusted and gave him orders otherwise I would have gone with Agarwal packers. Still, I am opening a few remaining goni bags & boxes and finding damaged items. This is the worst transport agency I have ever seen which has caused me a minimum of Rs.35000 direct loss. I need a refund and compensation at the earliest. I am attaching photos(including bikes full vs empty petrol indicator). While loading the goods URL had sent a properly closed container(Yellow one) with company name, website & number but while delivering here I found it was a dirty open(shared) tempo(all pics attached).

Rahul Singh had assured me that the same URL original container will come to Bangalore but he scammed me. He was also not ready to deliver my material unless I pay him the full amount otherwise I'd have retained some 20-30% amount. I have been cheated badly by the URL. We are feeling humiliated as we have lost our costly imported dinner set and crockery that we have received in our marriage. I am marking a copy of this email to Grahakmanch- Thane chief. Consumer court will be in the loop in this case. If URL does not refund my Rs.35000+ Rs.20000 against all the mental, physical and emotional agony, I will go to the police. Due to time and other constraints, I can not explain each and every thing in detail. Hope you will understand the gravity of this problem and do the needful at the earliest.
