While doing up our new apartment in Kochi, I have visited every furniture showroom in Kochi and within 30 sq. kms of Kochi and this my statement you get more furniture for less money at Urban Ladder by any parameters you count. An absolute VFM deal. We were looking for Furniture with clean Lines, Easy to Maintain furniture with not much grooves or flourishes for dust to settle in and the only viable option looked to be FAB INDIA. In desperation we had decided to purchase all our furniture from Fab in spite of their exorbitant rates when I heard on the FM radio that Urban Ladder is Launching in Kochi. We got all the furniture for the house at 1/3rd the price we had originally budgeted for the same. We got the Bulk Discount(10%), New city launch discount(10%) & late delivery discount(5%) for some of the items that overall it was an amazing deal, We also ordered some items on End of Year stock clearance sale and got a great deal on it.
If you are trying to furnish your new house buy everything from Urban Ladder. You do not even have to wait for the house to be near completion, Order a first quantity for Rs. 1.5 lakh+ then order goods in subsequent days and call customer service and have them add it to the original order#. We had them send it out a bit early and had them hold it at their local warehouse for a couple of weeks. It was an amazing experience all round.
Best customer service I have received anywhere at any shop online or local. Even Flipkart in its hey day didn't come close in terms of customer service.
