Great Company with Great Service and products. Review on Urbanladder

I am writing this review just after my review about sofa town. When we experience something bad, we want to tell the whole world, but that does not happen when we get something good from people. that's strange. So, after writing my bad experience with sofa town, felt that I should also write on urban ladder who gave me a real good experience of online furniture shopping.

I bought a dining table from UL in Dec 2016. Just like all others, I was also nervous while ordering furniture online, but seeing one of the sofa my friend bought from urban ladder, I got confidence. I ordered a 3-6 convertible dining table for some 18k. The delivery time was around 15 days. I called them up and told them to deliver either before a date when I am travelling or after I returned back. The customer care was very courteous and agreed and promised to try and deliver before my travel date. I got the dining table much before that. The packing was good. The experience with people who delivered the table was excellent. They installed the product and went. In a month, I understood that my choice of table was not correct. It did not look that good in my kitchen. Also the polish was going off at some places due to the contact with water. I called up urban ladder. They came and inspected the table and said that polish is going off due to water contact and asked me to save the table from water. For the existing one they readily agreed to replace with a new one. Then I asked them if I could pay extra and get the model changed. They asked to talk to customer care. It was almost 3 months that I had bought this table. They took a replacement request and went. I called up UL customer care and asked about the replacement request. UL confirmed the same. They also agreed for a change of model. So, I raised a new order for the new model of table. I also got some discounts on this one, as per some ongoing referral policy. It was a nice experience of getting the table changed, by paying some differential amount. Encouraged by this, I also placed an order for a center table.

UL team also ensured that the replacement of old table, happens simultaneously with delivery of New table and center table. so, I dont have to live without dining table even for a day. Such a great experience it was. I am happy now with new tables, both dining and central. The quality of wood and work is very good. All guests in my house appreciate these products.
