In July I got split AC serviced from urban clap. Now again water leakage and less cooling problem has started in AC. I raised a request for revisit. In whole process I faced poor customer care service. They don't have any direct number for support.Every time I have to filled call back request form and they rarely gave a call back. After so many follow ups they assigned technician visit on 6th August at my preferred time at 6pm. I reached home early to get the ac repair but no technician visited at my place neither I received any call from urban clap customer service . I then gave a to technician and he informed that visit at my place is cancelled as he is tired. Surprised to know this such cases are not looked by urban clap.
With my experience I must say , Urban clap needs to improve their customer care service and should send confirmation message for anycancellation and reschedule.
