Recently I ordered a product in amazon.com. In which they shipped my product through UPS Courier and The couriers services are very Pathetic and They Don’t work Fast. The reason am saying is the Products which are Being Imported from Other Countries should go through Customs and They Didn’t ask me any KYC Documents and I was Worried whether I would get my products or they may send it return to the original destination. Normally it takes 10 Days to get Products Delivered from other Countries.
Then I Contacted Them Regarding This KYC Issue and Asked Them, What is The Process of Customs Clearance and Then They Gave A Form to Fill and Send to There Mail and After 20 Days I Contacted Them Regarding My Products and They Just Tell Me That It Is Not yet Cleared the Customs and They Are So Lazy to tell the Customers, How To Process there Products From Customs and on Forcing Them They Have Moved My Documents to the Customs and Got My Product After 25 Days.
This Service is very Bad and They Are So Negligible to work. They Don’t want to inform the Documents Required to Clear The Customs, The Customer Himself Wants to Contact Them And Make Them Work.
If you Want To Import or Export Any Things From Other Countries, please Don’t Choose This Courier Service.
They Are Not Working For free, They Are Being Paid By Us for what they are Working on. Choose The Best One When You Have Many Options.
