From From Last Couple Of Months I'm Planning To Change My Gym As My Current Gym Is Very Away From My House And Due To Busy Schedule It Was Not Possible For Me To Catch My Daily Gym Routine As My Existing Gym Is Far So I Had Explored Few Gyms Which Are Near My House So That I Can Workout Daily I Had Choosen Few Gyms And Went To Gyms For Enquiry About Fees And Plans, After That I Decided To Join UNIVERSAL GYM AND FITNESS CENTER UTTAM ROAD As Firstly It Is Near My House And Also The Crowd Is Very Less As Compared To Another Gym.
~ Next Day I Went To UNIVERSAL GYM And FITNESS CENTER There Is No Reception Or Enquiry Counter Only One Coach Is Available I Asked For Plan But They Had Only 2 Plan CARDIO, WEIGHT GAINING Or DUAL COMBO In Which CARDIO Cost For Rs 900, WEIGHT GAINING Cost For RS 1100, And DUAL COMBO Plan Cost For Rs 1400 In Which They Also Include Personal Coach I Asked Them For Trial But The Coach Refused To Give Any Trial I Had Taken Dual Combo Plan And Paid Fees Of 1400 For One Month And Started Workout From The Same Day.
~ In Terms Of Infrastructure UNIVERSAL GYM And FITNESS CENTER Is Situated Under Basement In One Hall And Is Highly Conjusted There Is Hardly Space For Two Wheelers Parking So It Would Be a Big Problem For All The Members That Where To Park There Vehicle On First Day Of My Gyming At UNIVERSAL GYM AND FITNESS CENTER The Existing One Coach Gives Instruction That What To Do And In What Way After Short Instruction Of Usage He Left Away To Other Member I Had Started My Workout With Cardio In Which I Used TREADMILL For 15 Minutes.
~ I Had Noticed That There Are Only 5 Treadmill In The Gym And Each Member Cannot Use Treadmill For More Than 15 Minutes Also Most Of The Treadmill Are Old And Didn't Operate Properly The Switches Are Broken They Claimed In Their Hoardings, Banners That UNIVERSAL GYM AND FITNESS CENTER Is Fully Air Conditioned But In Reality They Hardly Turned It On Even After Complaining About It Many Times They Turned It On For Few Minutes And Then Again Turned It Off Also On The Name Of Staff There Is Only One Coach.
~ He Gives Instruction To Every Member They Had Make Fake Promise To Me That They Will Allot Me Private Trainer, Whenever I Asked The Only Trainer About Schedule They Didn't Handle Me Properly Simply Told Other Members To Help Me Also They Didn't Allowed The Members To Use Workout Machine Without Single Day Schedule And Its Really Disappointing Even After 25 Days Of Gyming I Constantly Asked For Diet Plan And Daily Schedule But He Constantly Make Excuses That He Will Give It In 1 Week.
I Will Not Recommend Anyone To Join UNIVERSAL GYM AND FITNESS CENTER Though Gym Is Equipped With All Necessary Equipment Like CYCLING, TREADMILL, DUMBELL, BENCH PRESS, PULL UP BAR But Few Of Them Are Ruggedly Over Used, The Owner Of Gym Is The Only Coach And He Had Charged Extra Amount From Me On The Name Of Private Trainer But When I Asked Them He Talk To Me Arrogantly And Refused To Allot Any Special Trainer, They Simply Took The Monthly Fees Amount And Didn't Handle The Member Properly.
