One of my relative has booked one 3 BHK apartment in The Amaryllis. It seems quite a trustworthy builder as I have personally visited their site. As going with the trend, nowadays builders are not performing as per the commitment but Unity Group has been doing this from last decades whether it's residential or commercials. Prices will vary based on number of bedrooms and sq mts area. This property also have 24Hr Backup, Basket Ball Court, Club House, Gymnasium, Tennis Court, Badminton Court, Swimming Pool, Indoor Games, Recreation Facilities etc. Their phase 2 is in under maintaince and they are giving world class facilities
