One star for the location. Rest everything is below average. Nothing “luxury” about it at all. Construction quality is so poor. You’ll probably have to replace everything within 6 months. Children’s play area is a joke. Dogs pooping everywhere. No rules. Construction noise 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. Its a living hell! Avoid this society, thank me later!
