Hi , I had always dreamt to work with UHG.In 2013 I went for an interview, that year only the manager of my current company had joined UHG, that manager had issues with me , I cleared all my rounds but was rejected and when asked for feed back no feed back was given.later on again I appeared in 2015 then also same story repeated. This time that manager even refused to interview me and god knows what went wrong , again rejection.I always thought of writing to UHG but something stopped me.Today I am writing not because I want to be in UHG but today I was moving back in my previous years, but at this point in my career I was wondering that, though UHG claims to be a successful organisation having a huge number of employees , but are you really successful.what kind of staff you have.those who are egoistic , biased and who keep personal grudges over and above everything.I was a potential employee and if I would have been selected in 2013, may have moved to a different level because it is a platform where you can groom yourself and I could have proved to be an asset to the company and may have contributed towards building a better organisation and may have worked towards betterment with my innovative ideas.but all in vein, because of a few people who are there in managerial role, who take advantage of their positions , like that manager who rejected me there was a loss at both ends, I lost the opportunity to work with a good organisation and the organisation lost an employee like me. At last I would say why don't you keep a check on the activities going on in the organisation, why not take peoples verdict about the higher authoroties, why not condyct audits and why not know the choice of the people working there.A few more were there who faced the same situation like me, who despite of their efforts and potential were not hired because they were not in good books of that manager.Stop being partial please try to be unbiased and provide equal platform for everbody to work.STOP PARTIALITY AND KEEP A LOOK AT SUCH PEOPLE IN UPPER MANAGEMENT WHO ARE A WEED TO THE ORGANIZATION.
