I have account with this bank for last 10 years. I have also opened my moms pension account with this bank in baidyabati chowmatha, hooghly, wb. but this bank is not good in service. staffs behave bad with customers. one cannot get proper feedback from staffs for a particular query. the main thing is that one can open savings with less money with this bank for amount of rs 100/-.
dislikes- treat very bad with account holders, always keeps long ques for withdrawing, update, deposit etc works, don't get proper feedback from staffs, simple works takes too long in this bank, need to give long time for any work with this bank.
likes- less amount account opening for rs 100/- only. Overall in today's market this bank dose not make influence on customers. dont open any savings account with this bank.
