I am having an account in United Bank Of India since 5 years. This is not a grate banking experience with this United Bank of India. There are so many points based on my personal experience. I generally need a Demand Draft for my college fees. For that all I need to fill up the form and deposit that with my cheque. It takes half an hour in other bank. But United bank of India takes a full working day for this job. That is really embarrassing. There are less number of ATMs available in my city. This is a big problem for us to withdraw money from an ATM counter. There are only one E-longe is available in our city. There is another problem with depositing money. The SMS feedback is not good. Whenever I withdraw money from an ATM counter, the SMS I get at the end of the day. The Mobile banking and net banking experience is not also so good. The bank charges are random.
