Hello everyone today I'm sharing my personal experience about Union Bank Of India Digi Purse.
Concept- concept of this app is average. This app is produced by Union Bank of India. You can do NEFT, Internet banking and online recharge of mobile and dth in this app. I've also use this app. I'm doing many transactions in this app. This app is working good. But from one month this app is being fraud. I have 2000rs in this app. And this app doesn't allow me to use this money. My money is stuck in this app. When I tell the local Union bank about this they said that digi purse is a separate department. They can't help me. Till now my money is not refunded.
Layout & design- layout of this app is average. Easy to use. Design is also normal to use. User friendly interface.
Features- features of this app are not bad. You can do NEFT, INTERNET BANKING and Online mobile and dth recharges. But this app need improvement.
Usefulness- this app is being fraud from sometimes. So this is risky to use this app. So please don't download this app.
