I have bought a 32" LCD Philips TV from JP nagar Unilet stores on 25th May 2015 & was promised free wall mounting & the Tatasky DTH installation on the very next day i.e 26th. Even though I was getting the TV at much cheaper price than that offered at Unilet, I still sticked on to your store, as I recently bought a 215lt fridge from the same store & more over was carried away by the support which was promised to be done for Tatasky installation which I need not run around & the discount promised for the same as well & as there was a function at home on 27th thought through Unilet every thing would be made ready for me with regard to TV.
However after continuous calls made to the store & the manager as well the wall mounting happened from Philips only on 29th evening, by then most of the guests left & were pulling my legs for spending on some thing & not even unpacking it for 4 days. The 3 years extended warranty card promised on the same by the company as a special offer is also not given to me yet.
The greatest thing is I might have made almost around 100 calls by now to the store / store manager & the tata sky team as well for the DTH connection since 26th May, but is of No use as still my TV which is 11 days OLD is IDLE & unused due to the great follow up after service of UNILET & the promise or the way I was lured by the discount on the DTH had felt me completed cheated.
